2026.04.09 ACF - Federal Register Notice of Proposed Information Collection Activity

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is again seeking to extend its data collection for the Annual Survey of Refugees (ASR), which expires October 30, 2026, to allow ORR to complete the 2025 ASR and to field the 2026 ASR. At this time, ACF is not proposing any changes to the form. However, ACF plans to "submit a revision request in 2027 for future annual requests." The agency is undertaking efforts to evaluate the feasibility of an online survey and may propose revising the survey to be online. Comments on the proposed extension are due June 8, 2026.
